Looking for some style inspiration? The Art Institute’s Inland Empire campus is hosting its fourth annual year end fashion show this Saturday June 9th. The UTOPIA fashion show is a futuristic collection created by the students of the fashion design program. Expect to see far-out designs inspired by technology and entertainment. This event is being held in San Bernardino at the National Orange Show in the Renaissance Room.
The event begins at 6:00 P.M. and ends at 10:00 P.M. In addition to the fashion show the students of other academic programs will be debuting some of their own creations. So prepare to see some food, music, and photography in addition to the futuristic fashions. There is going to be a celebrity guest judge at the fashion show, and a musical performance as well. Tickets for the fashion show can be purchased now, there are VIP, general admission, and student tickets available. All proceeds from the ticket sales go to a scholarship fund created for the Inland Empire fashion design and fashion and retail management programs. Make sure to purchase your ticket soon, sales end on the 8th, and there is a limited number still available. This is a great event for all the fashionistas out there who want to see some fashion come to the Inland Empire.
