Rancho Magnum Range is located at 9049 9th Street in Rancho Cucamonga. The staff at is knowledgeable and are more than happy to answer any questions that you may have. The have a large selection of handguns as well as revolvers. Gun rentals are $10 for two hours. They don’t allow shotguns but they do allow AR-15′s but you have to bring your own. You have to buy their ammunition if you rent their guns but thats really not a problem since the place is stocked with various calibers at reasonable prices.Parking is difficult due to the small size of the lot in the back but ultimately definitely worth the wait.
Riverside Magnum Range is another well known indoor range in the IE and is the Riverside branch of Magnum Ranges. The staff is very helpful and answer any questions with patience and a smile. The place is well stocked with several models of handguns and the ammo is fairly priced; if you are planning on renting a gun from them make sure to bring a friend as they do not allow one person rentals due to certain safety issues. They also have some specials nights like Ladies Night with discounts for the range’s female customers. Custom gunsmithing is available saturdays from 10am to 8pm.
Nestled in the hills of the Angeles National Forest lies Burro Canyon Shooting Park. This is a nice outdoor range that has pistol and shotgun ranges as well as a rifle range unlike some of the indoor ranges in the area. Ammo is sold on site and the overall cost is pretty affordable. However they don’t allow Russian made ammunition but then again most ranges aren’t very Russian ammo friendly. If you’re looking for a fun day out in the mountains and shoot at things then this is the perfect place for you.
Raahauge’s is another excellent outdoor shooting range in the Inland Empire located in Corona. Big plus to this range is that the gun rental is free as long as you buy the ammo from the range. They offer individual memberships as well as family memberships. Gunsmithing is also available and pistol and rifle training is offered at different levels of gun skills from beginner to advanced. Pheasant and duck hunting is another feature of this range during certain parts of the year. Raahauge’s is a great place to go if you want to have a good time.
