Food trucks are spreading like wildfire in the IE, with Inland Empire 66ers Stadium playing host to the Route 66 Food Truck Fest on Sunday, April 22, 2012.

The event is organized by Cliff Young, who you may know from the the media personality and “Minister of Culinary Awareness” behind Out To Eat, a television show airing on KVCR-PBS (Channel 24).
