The City of Riverside is celebrating the 20th annual Festival of Lights with a dazzling display of holiday decorations including more than 3.6 million brilliant lights on Riverside’s historic hotel The Mission Inn, Mission Inn Avenue and more blanketing downtown Riverside with Christmas cheer. You won’t want to miss out on the Inland Empire’s first outdoor ice skating rink, live entertainment; and of course jolly ol’ Santa Claus. Come check it out for the entire month of December through the first week of January.
In addition, Division 9 Gallery will present Artisans Collective, a unique Arts Market on Main Street, between University and 9th Street. Here you will discover hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind art, jewelry, ceramics, sculpture, paintings, mosaics, garments, stationary and art demos. Enjoy and embrace local artistry in downtown Riverside every Friday and Saturday, 5-10pm, now through January 5, 2013.
