The Inland Empire can reach scorching summer temperatures–making park or playtime outside unbearable. Luckily, there are theaters in the area that have great summer programs at discounted or free rates that get you out of the house and escaping the heat.
Regal Entertainment Group is hosting a “Summer Movie Express” where admission is $1.00 to select G and PG rated films. A portion of the ticket sales for the Regal Summer Movie Express will be donated to the Will Rogers Institute. All ages are welcome to attend. Similarly, Phoenix Big Cinemas is running a “Kids Free Summer Movies” promotion during the months of June and July. Select G and PG films are shown for free Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10am. Doors open at 9am and its best to get there a little early to grab a spot. The local participating theater is Phoenix Big Cinemas 15 at Dos Lagos in Corona.
