Malibu Beer Festival

Malibu typically brings thoughts of surfing, waves, and the slow life. But on June 9 you’ll be able to add beer to that list.

The 4th annual Malibu Beer Festival hits one of SoCal’s storied beachside towns with a wide variety of beers available for SoCal beer lovers. It takes place at the World Famous Malibu Inn, located on Pacific Coast Highway. Last year’s Malibu Beer Festival took place on the Malibu Pier. The Malibu Inn may not be the Malibu Pier, but hey, it’s still Malibu.

It takes place from 1pm to 5pm on Sunday, June 9. If you make a weekend trip out of it, use Saturday for a trip to Santa Monica, hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, or visit the strand at Venice Beach.

Tickets for the Malibu Beer Festival are only $25, and has – for now- at least 20 domestic and international beers and other beverages waiting to be guzzled by event goers.  The event’s beers include: Samuel Adams, Black Star Beer,SoCal Beer Company, Euro Brew, Yanjing Beer (China), Mortiz (Barcelona), Hobgoblin Beer (UK), Holy Grail Ale (UK), St. Sylvester 3Monts, Xingu Black Beer (Brazil), Anchor Steam Beer, Liberty Ale, Anchor Summer Beer, Schlagl, Innstadt, Shock Top, Wine Warehouse Beer, Boutique Sake, Vita Coco, Activate Drinks.
