Looking for a little “Luck o’ the Irish?” Maybe you’ll find it at the Los Angeles County Irish Fair and Music Festival! On March 10th & 11th, 2012 the Pomona Fairplex will have 7 stages with over 2,000 performers…so even if you’re not Irish, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy!
Check out the “Celtic Village” for beautiful handcrafted jewelry and swords, or even uncover your families Coat of Arms. Grab a green beer, and head over to the sheepherding demonstrations or watch an Irish Dog Show.
The kids will love Leprechaun Village, with its carnival style rides, lively storytellers, and The Official Irish Fair Leprechaun- Michael Lee Gogin. Michael Lee Gogin is known for his work on Mad TV, Married With Children, Mortal Combat, and Lord of the Rings.
By now you must be in the mood for some good old fashioned Irish cooking. Never fear, they’ve got you covered with Irish Stew in a Breadbowl, Shepherd’s Pie, and Bangers & Mash! Don’t worry, they have Fish & Chips as well as Hot Dogs for the kids. Wear your green, and check out the Los Angeles County Irish Fair and Music Festival!
