    What began as a quiet morning ten years ago became a day that would mark the new millennium with the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil. On the tenth anniversary of 9/11, many ceremonies will be held to remember the 2,977 victims and recognize the courage of rescuers and Americans in uniform. It is encouraged to wear red, white and blue on Patriot Day, this day of remembrance.
