Born on the Adriatic coast of Italy, Chef Roberto Argentina traveled throughout the United States before falling in love with the charm of Redlands,
CA. In 2003, he took his experience working with world renowned chefs, combined it with his passion for locally sourced organic foods and opened Farm Artisan Foods in the historic district of downtown Redlands.
Farm Artisan Food’s ever changing menu choices are dictated by the seasons, using the freshest possible ingredients only from the farms that can be reached “within the range of a gallon of gas.” They produce 100% of their pastas, bread, desserts, and cured meats. They have been consistently nominated as Best American Bistro on the Inland Empire HOTLIST, getting rave reviews in particular for their delectable beer pai
ring dinners.
The next installment of their beer pairing series will be Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 6:30 PM, focusing on their beer styles of Bootlegger’s Brewing Company (Fullerton, CA).
The mouth-watering menu is as follows:
PALOMINO PALE ALE
Grapefruit rosemary salad with cashew dressing
CHOCOLATE MINT PORTER
Braised rabbit and savory bread pudding
GOLDEN CHAOS
Duck breast with cinnamon ginger cauliflower and chestnut cream
RYE I.P.A.
