Consisting of Gift of Gab on the microphone and Chief Xcel behind the ones and twos, Blackalicious are one of hip hop’s most lyrically flexible and beat twisting duos to visit the Inland Empire. And now this NorCal rap/hip hop duo is set to play Riverside on Wednesday, Feb. 13 as part of UCR’s 2013 Winter Barn Concert Series on Wednesday nights.
