Animal Collective is going to be going on tour again this fall and they are about to sell tickets for their L.A. date on June 12th, 2012. For those that don’t know, Animal Collective has been making their own, and might I add very unique, brand of music since 1999. They 
blew up on the indie music scene for years before they received the national admiration that they see today. They’ve come a long way since their days playing smaller venues like The Smell and Echo in Los Angeles. Now they’re playing the big joints like the Hollywood Bowl this September.
This is going to be their only Southern California date on their tour so make sure you snag some tickets before their gone. Then again, if you don’t mind driving to Vegas, that’s where they’ll be stopping next. Who wouldn’t want to hear some trippy music in Sin City? Well you might not and if that’s the case then just buy the LA tickets and enjoy the bowl.
